Want Vs Need

have you ever thought of what people want?
well, not actually “people” even a single person.
what does he/she wants?

Sigmund Freud died thinking what women want.
was it really for what they want and not what they need?

have you even cared for someone that you wanted to give what she wanted?
do you even mind a person’s want?
have you been that sensitive?

Sometimes, I wish I can read minds so that i would know what do people around me wants but it’s not meant that way. We can’t read other people’s mind. What we can do is be sensitive of what they want and what they need.

Not because they want it, they need it.
You may want to eat all kinds of food but you would not need it.
but one thing is for sure, you have it because you deserve it.

What you have and what you’ll have is all because you deserve it.
you may think what others want but you better think what others need.
Giving them what they want could bring them happiness
but i believe, giving them what they need is bringing them more than happiness, you’re providing them with all the good stuffs — protection and a lot more good stuffs.

God, i wish i could be that sensitive.
Ooh, it’s 4:45 in the morning. I didn’t notice the time.
alright then, ‘till next time.

“WOOD”

This will be my gift for you this Christmas.
Something that reminds me of you.
It signifies only you.

It’s a work of art, just like you — a masterpiece.
It’s unique, just like you — incomparable.
It’s rare , just like you — exceptional.

Many will think this is weird and yes, just like you — WEIRD.

Hardship

It’s eleven fifteen in the evening and everybody’s sleeping. I’m here alone in the living room with my laptop. A lot got me thinking this passed few days. I have been into a lot of situations where I’ve been happy, stressed and all other emotions.

I’m currently in By The Sea Resort in Olongapo City in their Vacation Villa 1 to be quite exact. We have three categories of resort/hotel:
(1) the high-end;
(2) the mid-range; and
(3) the low budget.
By The Sea Resort is under the low-budget but it doesn’t really matter much. What matters here is that I’m with my family.

As I said awhile ago, a lot of things got me thinking; one of these is the word “hirap” or hardship. A friend asked me, “Bakit kailangan mahirapan?”. After hearing her question, a lot of thoughts fired my brain, they clash and all but I simply answered her with this, “Dahil hindi mo mararamdaman ang ginhawa kapag hindi ka nahirapan” and supported with “Dahil hindi mo malalaman ang pagkakaiba ng hirap at ginhawa.”

Maybe that’s why we have the saying, “Kapag may tiyaga may nilaga” because our hardships shall result into prosperity. And how would you know if you are at ease if you haven’t even felt hardship? A butterfly wouldn’t be a butterfly without putting hard effort excreting a kind of fluid when emerging out of its larva. It wouldn’t experience the joy of flying and explore the beauty of the world if it wasn’t for it’s hard time. In addition, while a caterpillar, creating a larva isn’t that easy. My point is, for every hardship we are encountering it will always be for a cause. It will always end into something GOOD. Happy endings are true, if you aren’t happy then it isn’t the END. If you are happy now, imagine how great and how happy would it be for the end.
